Warmer temperatures inspires campfires and views to admire.

Ohkay, I’m a terrible poet, but you get the jist, summer is tempting us with warmer days and longer nights which calls for huddling around campfires, dreaming up adventures for summer days.

Moody skies & melting snow, coupled with waning motivation, left me feeling off-kilter. Wondering how I can restore a semblance of balance in my life?

January Summary

January was a long month, longer than expected, but full of powder turns, long night rests, friends from near & far, and New Year’s intentions.

Calendar Project – January

I decided, in order to stay in touch with family & friends, I would put together a calendar postcard each month. Hopefully I don’t fizzle out half way through the year!

Merry Christmas

The Christmas season is upon us. Warm feelings in the heart and cold snowflakes on the cheeks make me thankful for all the blessings of the year.

was thinking about the bare wall in my bedroom, and what I could do to spruce it up, I have a difficult time finding art that means anything to me, that I can afford. There is always random pieces at thrifts, but they don’t really resonate with me. I was looking through my photos and decided there were lots that had similar color tones and they all mean a lot to me, each photo has memories and stories behind them, and remind me of the special times. So I figured, this is the perfect wall decor! I am getting some printed and finding some sort of matching frames for them to go in. Hopefully I can create a collage that is balanced and cohesive.
